Eligibility: Open to everyone.
Rules Enforcement Level (REL): Competitive
K Value: No K Value - This is an unsanctioned event.
Top 8: The Top 8 will play a single-elimination finals.
Invitations:
Game in the Gulf: A Magical Cruise offers a travel award to the
1st place finisher.
(Transportation to the port is the responsibility of the persons attending)
Product Prizes: A variety of Magic packs based on attendance.
Trading: Trading is allowed at all Cascade Games events. Buying and selling cards to anyone other than the dealer is not.
Parents & Spectators: Parents and spectators are welcome at all Cascade Games
events.
We encourage parents and spectators to support their players by promoting good sportsmanship.

At this Magic event, the emphasis is on competitive play with a high degree of sportsmanship.
You need to know the rules well, and be polite and respectful to your opponents.
