Game: Magic: The Gathering
Format: Standard
Description: The structure will be modified-Swiss style, with a cut to top players playing in single elimination for prizes based on attendance.
K Value: None - This is a non-sanctioned event.
REL: Competitive
Top 8: The Top 8 will play a single-elimination finals.
Product Prizes: A variety of Magic packs based on attendance.
Trading: Trading is allowed at all Cascade Games events. Buying and selling cards to anyone other than the dealer is not.
Parents & Spectators: Parents and spectators are welcome at all Cascade Games events.
We encourage parents and spectators to support their players by promoting good sportsmanship.

The emphasis of this event is on competitive play with a high degree of sportsmanship.
You need to know the rules well, and be polite and respectful to your opponents.
If there is a disagreement, or a question about a ruling, you need to call a judge.

Judge Conference - Cascade Games will hold its second judge development conference alongside the tournament weekend, starting friday June 25th in Seattle WA. If you are a Magic judge, certified or not and want to attend please email tim@cascadegames.com
This will be great unique opportunity for you to develop your judging skills with 4 seminars, role-play opportunities and a great chance to get feedback on your judging.
