About These Events
Grand Prix San Diego is a celebration of everything Magic!
Featuring three days of events and well over 100 Magic Tournaments. Events start on Friday at noon and run all weekend.

Grand Prix San Diego Main Event
Information Players who preregister on Friday in person for the main event will be given an exclusive GP San Diego - Steve Argyle playmat printed by Ultra Pro. while supplies last. Preregister Friday from Noon to 7pm

Preregisteration for the Grand Prix is now open. Note you MUST check In Person on Friday to pick up your playmat.
Sleep in Special - if you have 3 byes for the GP main event you are eligible to purchase a sleep in special.
VIP perk package is now open. VIP perks include sleep in special, water service at your table, dedicated seating, additional play space a complementary draft and more.
Hotels - The OMNI hotel in San Diego has a reduced rate for GP San Diego. The hotel is amazing and right next to the convention center. The rate is $219 a night for double occupancy.

UPDATE the OMNI is almost full. The Vagabond Inn is a low cost hotel in Hotel Circle. It is not walking distance from the venue but if you want to save $ it's a good choice.

Tournament Location and Travel Information
The GP will be held at the San Diego Convention Center.
Fly into the San Diego airport and it's a short taxi ride to the convention center. Driving? There is a parking lot under the convention center and many parking options in the area. The San Diego Trolley serves the convention center. The trolley connects with amtrack and other mass transit options.
